Lightkeepers (Kindergarten-4th Grade)

    Process

    • Students complete placement tests in core subjects.

    • Results guide personalized learning paths, ensuring the right level of challenge.

    • Helps identify learning gaps or acceleration needs early on.

    • Foundation: The ACE curriculum supports self-paced, mastery-based learning across all subjects.

    How It Works

    • Students work independently through PACEs at their own speed.

    • Flexible pacing: Students can move faster if they master concepts quickly or slower if they need more time.

    • Each PACE includes instruction, practice, and an assessment to ensure mastery before moving forward.

    • Students must score at least 80% on tests before advancing.

    • At-Home Learning: Students have 3 weeks to complete coursework at home as needed to maintain progress.

    Progress Monitoring & Tracking

    • Weekly check-ins to track goal setting, completion, and comprehension.

    • Students keep progress charts, and teachers provide targeted intervention if needed.
